Flat fee: $3,500*

*does not include commission for the buyer/co-operating brokerage or any additional services except for posting on MLS as described above

Realtor Service & Advice

• Access to the full service of a realtor with selling experience in your neighbourhood

• Full service includes:
  - Comprehensive review of comparative active listings and sold transactions to provide the best sale price recommendation
  - Conduct open houses & private client viewings
  - Follow up on every client and realtor showing and providing feedback to seller in a timely manner
  - Handle all client and realtor objections and unanticipated challenging situations
  - Provide one-on-one transaction strategies and advice throughout the transaction

Average cost of realtor service: $2,500 - $5,000

Property Services (optional)
